Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a large Public Sector organisation based in Merseyside who are looking to recruit an Accounts Payable Assistant on an interim basis for an initial 3 – 6 month contract to support during a busy period. Role:

You will work as part of the finance function to aid in the timely and efficient processing of purchase orders and bank reconciliations.

Duties include;

• Matching, batching and coding invoices
• Processing large amounts of purchase orders
• Bank and statement reconciliations
• Dealing with and resolving queries

The ideal candidate;

• Be immediately available short notice
• Have previous experience in a similar role
• Skilled on Excel
