Duration: 3 months rolling
Salary: c£20-£25 an hour
Working Pattern: Predominantly on-site with occasional hybrid working (on-site presence would be required in East Sussex)

Role Summary;
- To provide administrative support to the Procurement team as a whole and will support the procurement project manager on specific procurement projects including preparing and circulating projects reports and maintaining action logs
- Prepare meeting agendas and co-ordinate distribution of papers
- Take minutes and action logs from meetings, ensuring appropriate follow-up action
- Collate information for reports, presentations and other documents
- Ensure good communication channels, both internally and externally on behalf of the procurement team
- Communicate with staff within the organisation and in external organisations to arrange meetings or request information
- Manage content provided on the intranet, updating and replacing when necessary
- Create surveys and collate responses to support the work of the Procurement Team
Key skills required;
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Previous PA experience
- Highly organised
- Proficient IT skills
