Reward Business Partner
Castlefield Recruitment is working in partnership with a leading Public Sector organisation based in Greater Manchester that requires an experienced Reward Business Partner for a 12-month fixed term contract. This hybrid role with two days per week required on site.
Reporting to the Head of People, you will play an important role in supporting the organisation's reward strategy, contributing to key projects and working closely with stakeholders across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities to include;
· Assist with the annual pay review process, including salary modelling and implementation
· Oversee and continually enhance the Group's benefits provision
· Lead job evaluation activities
· Analyse reward data to identify trends and provide evidence-based recommendations.
· Contribute to reward, benefits and recognition projects
· Develop and strengthen colleague recognition initiatives
· Prepare reward reports and insights for key stakeholders
· Build effective relationships with HR colleagues, managers, senior leaders, Trade Union representatives and external partners
· Evaluate the costs of reward and benefits initiatives to inform investment decisions
· Help ensure compliance with reward-related policies, processes and regulatory requirements
Experience and skills to include;
· CIPD or Reward qualification, or equivalent demonstrable experience in reward
· Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, supported by advanced Excel skills
· Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and stakeholder influencing skills
· Strong project management, planning and organisational skills
· A high level of attention to detail, withthe ability to manage competing priorities effectively
· Commercial awareness, with the ability to align reward activity to organisational objectives
· A collaborative approach, with confidence in building effective relationship sacross HR, business areas and external partners
