Finance Officer | £29,000 - £33,000 (DOE) | 6 month FTC with a view to go permanent | Hybrid (1 day a week on site) | Bradford:
Castlefield Recruitment are working with a reputable public sector organisation in Bradford who are looking to recruit a Finance Officer to their team on a initial 6 month fixed term contract with a view to go permanent.
Duties:
- Ensure that all purchase invoices are correctly calculated, coded and approved
- Process and post rent and other adjustments to the rent ledger
- Ensure sales invoices where appropriate are raised in timely manner and VAT is correctly accounted for
- Assist with maintaining and reconciling the cashbook
- Ensure accurate relevant information is provided and support is provided to the business as necessary
Experience:
- Experience in a previous Finance role
- Able to and experienced in managing multiple tasks at one and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and able to work of own initiative
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
