Head of Capital, North West, £400 - £470 per day
Client:
A large Public Sector organisation in the North West isseeking an experienced and strategic Head of Capital Projects to leadthe development and delivery of its capital programme. This senior leadershiprole will shape the future of a the estate, ensuring it supports long‑termorganisational priorities.
You will act as the organisation’s professional lead forcapital development, overseeing a diverse portfolio of major and complexschemes, providing expert advice to senior leaders, and directing a skilledCapital Team to deliver high‑quality, compliant and value‑driven projects.
Role:
- Act as lead officer on behalf of the Director of Estates in managing and monitoring the Trust’s capital budget
- Develop and provide information to Finance forcapital reports to the Trust Board and Monitor
- Project Director role on all major/complexcapital projects including facilitating and co-ordinating input from patients,clinicians, nurses, support staff and designers
- Transformational approach to assist with mergerof teams with different cultures
- Lead on the development of policies andstrategies for implementation of the Trust’s capital programme
- Direct and manage external consultants andcontractors to ensure best value and quality is achieved
Person:
- Looking for a senior capital projectsprofessional with significant experience in a similar role
- Experience in transformation would be ideal
