Finance Business Partner | Honeycomb Group | Hybrid Working
Castlefield Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with Honeycomb Group on multiple newly created finance roles that present fantastic opportunities to make a real impact, drive meaningful improvements, and challenge the status quo.
The Finance Business Partner will report to the Head of Finance and provide financial insight, strengthen business performance, and lead the finance team to deliver effective services across the Group.
Key responsibilities include:
• Maximising and maintaining the Group’s financial viability by providing a strong business partnering service across key service areas
• Partnering with stakeholders across the organisation to support and influence decision-making through expert financial insight
• Working proactively with teams to achieve their objectives, interpret financial information, highlight financial risks and ensure compliance with internal/external regulations
• Leading on budgeting, planning and forecasting and support, tenders and appraisals across the Group
• Managing and motivating the finance team to deliver excellent customer service, timely financial reporting and strong financial controls
The person:
• CCAB/CIMA qualified with a strong commitment to continuing professional development (CPD)
• Proven finance business partnering approach with multi-disciplinary teams to drive value for money, efficiencies, and change
• Experience in budgeting, financial accounting and management accounting
• Excellent IT skills, including advanced Excel
