Length: Fixed‑Term Contract until March 2028
A major public sector organisation is seeking an EstatesAuditing Manager to lead its estates audit function across projects, workplaceoperations and data systems. This role is ideal for someone who can combinetechnical audit capability with strong stakeholder influence, delivering clearinsights that improve compliance, efficiency and governance across a complexestate.
The Role
- Lead and deliver the full estates audit framework
- Conduct site audits across multiple London locations
- Audit CAD drawings, CAFM data, MI/KPI accuracy and document control
- Produce concise audit reports with risk ratings and corrective actions
- Track actions through governance forums and escalate issues where required
- Work closely with senior estates stakeholders and external partners
- Drive continuous improvement and embed lessons learned across the estate
What We’re Looking For
- Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience in audit, estates, workplace, design or information systems
- Experience delivering operational audits in complex or regulated environments
- Strong ability to turn audit findings into clear, practical actions
- Skilled in auditing CAD/data standards, MI/KPI integrity and workplace procedures
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and report writing
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Technical Skills
- Power BI and advanced Excel (Power Query / Pivot)
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and CAFM systems
- Understanding of information governance and secure data handling
- Knowledge of workplace regulations (H&S, fire safety, accessibility)
Ideal Backgrounds
Estates or workplace management, property, facilities, oraudit/governance roles within complex, multi‑site environments.
