Finance Manager | Permanent | Hybrid working | Cheshire
Castlefield Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a progressive and fast-paced Private Sector organisation going through an exciting period of development, to recruit Finance Manager on a permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional to add significant value within a complex organisation, whilst gaining the opportunity to significant progression routes.
Responsibilities for the Finance Manager position includes;
• Developing influential relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation, providing a first-class business partnering service
• Producing reports, variance analysis, and commentaries for budget holders
• Preparing and presenting financial information and performance to Senior Management
• Identifying commercial opportunities to drive growth across the Group
• Driving departmental efficiencies and cost savings
The person;
• Fully qualified Accountant with a proven business partnering approach
• Experience working in a fast-paced, complex organisation
• Manufacturing experience (desirable)
• Ability to partner with a diverse range of stakeholders
