Finance Manager - Hybrid Working
Castlefield Recruitment are currently working in partnership with highly reputable organisation in Leeds to recruit a Finance Manager on a permanent basis. The organisation work on a hybrid basis with a50/50 split between office and home working alongside an excellent benefits package which includes generous annual leave and pension. Flexi time is also available. The role would suit a technically minded Finance Manager who can playa pivotal role within improving processes across the team.
Duties include;
- Preparation of annual accounts adhering to tight deadlines
- Production of management accounts, forecasts and budgets
- Working with senior colleagues to improving the financial forecasting process
- Build strong working relationships with senior staff to facilitate the development of sound financial strategies
- Staff management of 3 – 4 staff
The person;
- Qualfied Accountant
- Be a strong technical accountant with a background in controls
- Have excellent analytical skills and a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
