Castlefield are currently working with a Leeds based organisation to recruit an Expenses Clerk on an initial 12 month fixed term contract. The organisation offer hybrid working of 3 days a week onsite and 2 at home. The team are based in modern offices which are accessible via public transport. They offer generous holiday and pension packages.
Duties include;
- Processessing manual and electroinc expense claims
- Reviewing expenses claims to ensure compliance with HMRC rules and requirements
- Act as a key point of contact for expenses queries
- Identify and reject non-compliant claims providing clear explanations as to why they have been rejected
- Support financial reconciliations
Person;
- Experience of processing high volumes of expense claims previously
- Have strong communications skills
- Be available for work at short notice
