Castlefield Recruitment are partnered with a housing association based in the North-West who are looking to hire a Housing Systems & ICT Systems specialist on a full-time basis.
This purpose based association are looking for someone who will play a pivotal role in shaping and supporting the digital systems that power our services. By owning the development, support and enhancement of our core business systems and using data insights to drive improvement, this role helps us stay agile, efficient and aligned with our strategic goals. Working closely with the wider ICT team, the role ensures that new systems complement our existing systems, while continuously reviewing services to identify opportunities for smarter, more effective ways of working.
Knowledge and skills
- Knowledge of housing systems such as Orchard Housing, CRM platforms, asset management, repairs, and mobile working software; Salesforce experience is advantageous.
- Technical expertise in database structures, dataflow integrations, web services, and workflow design.
- Ability to quickly understand organisational operations and design technology solutions that drive efficiency.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead, facilitate, and constructively challenge.
- Solid programme and project management capabilities, ideally using recognised methodologies.
- Confidence in working with stakeholders at all levels, using a range of influencing styles to maintain collaboration and deliver outstanding customer service.
Qualifications and experience
- ITIL v3 or v4 certification (practitioner or managing professional preferred).
- Agile/Scrum certification.
- Experience in systems analysis within digital services and/or ICT environments, with a focus on identifying and delivering improvements.
- Experience in independently managing change and improvement projects across the full project lifecycle.
- An excellent standard of numeracy and literacy.
- Evidence of continued professional development.

- Full-time employment
- Salary - 57,373.63 per annum
