Finance Business Partner | Public Sector | West Midlands | Hybrid Working
Castlefield Recruitment are currently working in partnershipwith a reputable Public Sector organisation to recruit a Finance BusinessPartner on an initial 6 month basis (strong possibility for extension).
The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for providing high quality financial support and constructive challenge to a diverse range of budget holders, activities, initiatives, and projects across the organisation.
Responsibilities include:
· Taking a proactive approach in managing and delivering accounting services to budget holders
· Building strong working relationships with key stakeholders, initiating and driving continuous improvement in service performance and efficiency
· Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure that robust financial controls are in place, and that financial risk is understood
· Positively contributing to a customer-focussed Finance team
The successful candidate;
· CCAB/CIMA Qualified Finance professional, or equivalent relevant experience
· Proven business partnering approach with the ability to build influential relationships with non-finance
· Ability to analyse complex financial information
· Public Sector Finance experience desirable
