Head of Finance / Strategic FBP | 6 months + | Hybrid/Remote Working | Local Government
Castlefield Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a reputable Midlands-based Local Authority to recruit an Interim Head of Finance / Strategic Finance Business Partner on an initial 6-month interim basis (strong possibility for extension). This is an excellent opportunity to join an organisation going through a period of transformation, and will be working remotely.
• The role will be responsible for leading a customer-focussed, value adding business partnering team
• Building influential relationships with key stakeholders across the ASC service, at a strategic level
• Demonstrate understanding of a specialist area of expertise to these senior stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making
• Supporting the development of effective financial strategies to ensure statutory financial duties are met and the Council is able to deliver its strategic priorities
The person;
• CCAB/CIMA qualified, or equivalent with a proven business partnering approach
• Experience within Local Government Finance, preferably partnering with Adult Social Care services
