Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting a Reward Business Partner for a public sector organisation based in Manchester on a12-month fixed-term contract. They offer a salary of up to £50,000 per annum and an excellent benefits package including an employer pension contribution of over 15%. This is a hybrid role, with office attendance required two days per week.
The role:
· Provide specialist advice and effective delivery of the reward strategy, principals and policy implementation relating to the compensation and benefits offer across the group
· Assist the Head of HR with the Annual Pay Review/ Increment processes for all business units
· Manage and oversee the end to end job evaluation process including the coordination and management of Job Evaluation Panels
· Manage the benefits offer across the group, including existing contracts with benefit providers
What you need:
· CIPD/Reward qualified – highly desirable
· Proven experience within a reward, benefits and recognition environment
· Able to analyse data to shape and influence decision making processes
