Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting a GasSupervisor for a Housing Association in South Wales. This is a permanent position,paying £43,000 per annum plus company van and out-of-hours call outs ifdesired.
The role:
· Manage a team of Gas Engineers to drive performanceand ensure installs, servicing and repairs are completed safely and to a highstandard
· Monitor quality of works delivered and addressany issues
· Monitor and address issues relating to Health& Safety of the Team while they are on-site
· Carry out post-inspections and on-site visits toensure all works comply with GSIUR 1998
· Conduct quality control checks on all gascertificates and worksheets handed in from the Team and external contractors
What you need:
· Gas qualifications - CCN1. CENWAT. CKR1. HTR1.CMDDA1 (Older qualifications CEN1.WAT1. CPA1)
· Proven experience of leading and managing teams
· Experience of working in a Gas Supervisor/TeamLeader/Manager role within a residential environment
