Castlefield are currently working with a Kent based Public Sector organisation to recruit a Procurement Manager into the team on a permanent basis.
This role offers hybrid working with a requirement to be on site 3 days per week, a salary of £70,000 - £74,000 and a strong benefits package including a performance based bonus, free parking and a strong pension and annual leave allowance.
Duties include:
• Provide expert procurement advice across diverse procurement activities
• Oversee complex tendering processes from start to finish
• Present procurement strategies directly to senior leadership and the Board
• Champion continuous improvement within purchase-to-pay processes
• Develop comprehensive procurement training programmes
• Manage critical stakeholder relationships across the business
• Lead and develop your team of four procurement professionals
