Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting a Property Performance Delivery Business Partner for a housing association in Greater Manchester. This is a permanent position, paying £50,000 per annum, and is home-based, with office attendance required on an ad-hoc basis to suit business need.
The role:
· Act as an advisor to Asset Management, Property Services, Sustainability and Building Safety Teams, conducting service reviews to improve operational efficiency
· Provide analytical insight to strengthen decision-making and accountability
· Develop and maintain performance frameworks, KPIs, and reporting tools that accurately monitor performance across service areas
· Monitor operational performance, identify trends, and highlight areas requiring intervention
· Prepare performance reports for senior leadersand boards
· Maintain data quality and integrity across property and asset systems, with regular audits and data cleansing cycles
What you need:
· Experience in performance management within social housing or similar environment
· Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
· Experience of driving service improvement and operational change
· Knowledge of housing legislation, regulatory standards, and sector best practices
