Health Care Assistant (HCA) | Yorkshire | £13 - £13.50ph - Permanent
Castlefield recruitment are currently exclusively partnering with a respected Healthcare organisation. The company are based in Yorkshire and are looking to appoint a Healthcare Assistant to their team growing team. This is a fantastic time to join this organisation and will afford the successful candidate supporting space to progress as a professional. This is a, permanent position, 38 hours a week worked over 4 days, that offers great benefits and training/support.
Duties:
- Support and porter patients before, during and after procedures and maintain patient dignity at all times
- Prepare patients and support with outpatient procedures
- Liaise with the Team Leader to order supplies as necessary to maintain stock levels
- Liaise with other clinics and medical staff where appropriate
Experience:
- At least 1 year experience working as a Healthcare Assistant
- Willing to develop knowledge and skill set within the healthcare framework
- Able to pick up tasks as and when required
- Be professional during sometimes high pressure situations
