Head of Finance Business Partnering | Hybrid | Interim | 3-6 months
Overview:
Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a well-respected Cheshire based housing association in order to recruit a Head of Finance Business Partnering on an interim basis, ensuring the Finance team have the right systems and processes in place to support to budget holders and stakeholders
Role:
As the Head of Finance Business Partnering, you will lead the preparation and review of budgets and oversee the production of monthly budget holder reporting. You would also lead on automation of reports, systems and efficiencies within the Finance Service, leading the team through a period of organisational change
Responsibilities / Experience required:
CCAB qualification or equivalent
Experience of automation and creating efficiencies.
Social Housing experience (essential)
Previous experience of leading a business partnering team
Previous experience of leading a team through change.
Understanding of financial IT systems – e.g. Open Accounts
Thorough knowledge of financial accounting and financial control
