Castlefield Recruitment are proud to be supporting an independent healthcare organisation recruit for a Head of Estates and Capital Projects on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
· Lead on estates and decarbonistaion strategy (5-year plan)
· Oversee day-to-day operational estates management, PPM and compliance
· Driving continuous improvement, innovation and best practice across the estate
· Lead on major capital and engineering projects from inception to delivery
· Asset Management of organisations estate
· Drivingcontinuous improvement, innovation and best practice across the estate
Personal Specification:
· Relevantqualifications in Mechanical/Electrical/Building (HNC/HND/Degree)
· APstatus and safety/project certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, NEBOSH/IOSH)
· Provenexperience delivering large‑scale capital or engineeringprojects
· Strongworking knowledge of hospital systems and statutory compliance (HTMs, CDM,H&S)
