Finance Business Partner / Accountant, Bradford
Castlefield Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a progressive and fast-paced Private Sector organisation going through an exciting period of development, to recruit a Finance Business Partner /Accountant on a permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional to add significant value within a complex organisation, whilst gaining the opportunity to significant progression routes.
Responsibilities includes;
- Developing influential relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation, providing a first-class business partnering service
- Producing reports, variance analysis, and commentaries for budget holders
- Preparing and presenting financial information and performance to Senior Management
- Identifying commercial opportunities to drive growth across the Group
- Driving departmental efficiencies and cost savings
The person;
- Fully qualified Accountant with a proven business partnering approach
- Experience working in a fast-paced, complex organisation
- Manufacturing experience (desirable)
- Ability to partner with a diverse range of stakeholders
