Castlefield Recruitment are currently partnering exclusively with a reputable Housing Association in the North West who are looking to add a Property Finance Business Partner to their team on a permanent basis. They are offering a competitive salary of £53,000 and have hybrid working in place (twice per week on site).
The role:
• Provide a pro-active business partnering service to the Property team
• Meet with budget holders and the Executive Director of Property to translate financial
reporting into actionable insights
• Monitor actual performance against budget, providing variance analysis
• Support budget holders within the Property team with budgeting and forecasting, robustly challenging performance to ensure alignment with Business Plan expectations.
The person:
• Experience of presenting complex financial data to nonfinance users.
• Experience of adapting communication style to deliver impactful and persuasive messages.
• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, etc.) or equivalent experience.
• Social housing sector experience
