Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting a Sales Coordinator for a housing association based in Manchester on a permanent basis. The salary is £32,000 -£34,000 per annum, and office attendance is required minimum two days per week.
The role:
- Provide essential administrative and coordination support to the Sales Advisors and Sales Team Leader across marketing activity, sales progression, and the successful completion of all property sales
- Act as the first point of contact for handling customer enquiries via phone and email and social media channels, ensuring all enquiries are responded to within 1 working day.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Sales CRM system, ensuring all data is relevant and compliant.
- Prepare sales reservation documents and issue them to Sales Advisors and customers in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage all financial administration for the Sales team, including processing payments, raising PO numbers, processing invoices, and updating the budget tracker.
What you need:
- Experience of providing highly organised administrative support within a property sales environment, ideally across end‑to‑endsales progression processes.
- Good understanding of Shared Ownership, including eligibility, affordability assessments, sales processes, and key regulatory requirements.
- Strong IT proficiency, including confident use of MS Office applications, particularly Excel (e.g. data entry, basic formulas,trackers, reporting).
