Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting a New Homes Sales Advisor for a Property Management Company based in Greater Manchester. The role is on a 2-year Fixed-Term Contract with a strong chance of being made permanent. The salary is £37,000 - £39,000 per annum dependent on experience, and offers very flexible working arrangements, with office attendance required approximately twice per week.
The role:
- Take responsibility for individual developments and the progression of new home sales, ensuring delivery against required sales targets.
- Instruct valuations and carry out competitor and market research to support pricing strategies ahead of sales launches.
- Liaise with the Development team on all sales matters, including programme handover information and the provision of legal documents required for home sales.
- Assess and determine eligibility for potential buyers including affordability assessments
- Follow up leads via email and telephone and update internal CRM system
- Conduct viewing appointments at sales developments, clearly explaining product benefits, available schemes and purchase options, and progressing customers towards reservation.
- Liaise with solicitors, IFAs, valuers and other stakeholders to progress sales efficiently and meet required timescales.
- Create marketing plans and brief the marketing agency accordingly.
What you need:
- Proven experience in a new homes sales role
- Knowledge of Shared Ownership products and Homes England procedures and audit requirements.
- Excellent understanding of marketing principles and appropriate marketing channels for selling properties
- In-depth understanding of the processes involved in home buying
- Excellent administrative skills and ability to work within documented procedures
- Experience of working with a Property Management Company, Estate Agents, Housing Association, House Builder, or other relevant property background
- Knowledge of home ownership initiatives such as shared ownership and help-to-buy
