Clinical Business Development Lead (Sonography)

Castlefield is delighted to partner with respected new provider of diagnostic services. We are proud to be helping them seek a proactive and strategic Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand their Sonography service provision.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new customer opportunities, building strong relationships with local stakeholders, and develop innovative strategies to increase market share. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the organisation’s long-term success through effective sales and relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach programmes
- Develop customised proposals and presentations tailored to prospective clients’ needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Lead the marketing to create targeted campaigns that generate leads
- Manage new customer pipelines, track interactions, and forecast revenue
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform strategic planning.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights for senior management
Requirements
- Proven experience in healthcare business development
- Strong proficiency in CRM software and Salesforce platform utilisation
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders
- A proactive approach with a results-oriented mindset
