Castlefield Recruitment are delighted to be partnered with an exciting organisation, based in Hull, who are experiencing a high period of growth. Due to this growth, a new opportunity has arisen to join their team on a permanent basis as an Executive Assistant.
Role;
- Being responsible for a variety of calls and emails
- Organising meetings
- Organising directors schedules
- Diary management
- Perform ad-hoc administration duties including booking meetings, printing and photocopying
- Updating and maintaining the internal database
- Ensure accurate recording and reporting of data
Person;
- Having past experience working in a PA or in an executive assistant position
- Be comfortable performing various administration duties
- Be organised and professional
- Have excellent communication and time management skills
