Castlefield Recruitment is excited to be partnering with Home Group to recruit a Framework Manager role, which is a newly created position within the established procurement team structure.
As the Framework Manager, you will be passionate about implementing a variety of fit-for-purpose buying solutions across a range of spend areas to provide support to help deliver Home Group’s strategy.
As the Framework Manager you will identify areas of spend where an alternative sourcing solution such as a framework or a dynamic market would be beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and guidance across procurement projects by shaping strategies and helping with delivery of these projects in a timely manner
- Establish approved supplier pools through market engagement and tendering activity to provide stakeholders with a compliant route to market with suppliers who have been vetted and correctly onboarded
- Provide advice, documentation and attention to detail to ensure that tenders that need to meet PA23 do so
- Analyse Home Groups expenditure, using data that you produce to identify new solutions and identify any issues with contract compliance to review performance
- Support stakeholders with performance management of suppliers where necessary whilst supporting the contract management process
- Conduct supplier due diligence at tender stage and throughout the contract lifecycle, ensuring this information is up to date and can be referred to if/when required
- Ensure your own compliance, whilst championing compliance of operational colleagues to ensure risks are mitigated as best as possible
Requirements
- Public sector procurement experience would be extremely advantageous
- Attention to detail and organisational skills are essential
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders to help educate operational colleagues on best practice
