Castlefield are working with a North West based housing association in order to recruit a Financial Accountant on a temporary basis (6 months initially).
You will play a pivotal role in the production and audit of the year-end financial statements and be the lead for the implementing previous audit recommendations. They have hybrid working and are offering a day rate of £250-£350 dependant on candidates experience.
Role:
Delivering the preparation and delivery of the organisation’s external financial reporting.
Responsibilities:
- To effectively manage the production of monthly and annual reporting
- Producing statutory accounts and act as key liaison with external audit
- Preparing of monthly cash flow forecasts
- Managing the preparation and submission of tax returns
Person:
- CCAB/CIMA qualification is essential
- Experience within social housing would be preferred
- Availability to start immediately would be preferred
