Assistant Management Accountant | £27,000- £30,000 | 10 month FTC | Manchester | 1 day a week in the office
Castlefield Recruitment are working with a public-sector organisation in Manchester who are looking to recruit an Assistant Management Accountant to their team for a 10 month FTC. This role offers excellent benefits such as 35 days annual leave, hybrid working (1 day in the office a week) and free parking.
Duties:
• Support with the production on Management Accounts
• Responsible for month end processes
• Processing journals and frequent reconciliations
• Variance Analysis and raising invoices for large contracts
• Regular budget holder meetings and supporting with cashflow forecasting
Experience:
• Previous experience working as an Assistant Management Accountant or a similar position
• Strong excel skills and strong financial system knowledge
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Experience with Management Accountants
