Castlefield Recruitment are recruiting an Asset Project Manager for a Yorkshire based Housing Association. This is a permanent position, paying £60,000- £63,000 per annum, and is home based, with travel required around a patch across North Yorkshire.
The role:
· Project manage major investment works, cyclicalrefurbishments, fire safety and maintenance programmes
· Prepare specifications of works and manage contractors and suppliers to ensure works are carried out to a high standard
· Conduct comprehensive surveys including technical inspections of defects, quality inspections, stock condition surveys and HHSRS audits
· Carry out tendering exercises using appropriate frameworks to ensure value for money
· Act as principal designer to ensure projects are completed in accordance with CDM regulations
What you need:
· Minimum HND in Building Surveying or other construction related qualification
· Significant surveying / project managementexperience in a housing association or similar client-side environment
· Contract administration and managementexperience of major projects, including preparing tender documentation, budgetmanagement, and quality assurance
· Knowledge of CDM regulations and statutory compliance regulations
