Castlefield are currently partnered with a Public Sector Organisation in Nottinghamshire to recruit a Deputy Head of Procurement. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to join a well-established organisation.
Hybrid working: 2 days a week on-site
Salary: £57,000- £64,000 dependent on experience
The role requires excellent stakeholder management skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to provide expert procurement guidance to mitigate financial, operational and reputational risk within a public-sector environment.
Key skills required:
- Strong knowledge of public sector processes and regulations such as PCR15/PA23
- Ability to develop, manage and advise on complex above threshold procurements, managing multiple projects at once
- Liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Substantial experience of leading and managing people to meet challenging organisational goals
- MCIPS or equivalent experience
