Capital Delivery Manager, North West, £350 - £400 p/day(Monday – Friday)
Client:
We are currently recruiting for a temporary Capital Delivery Manager to join a large Public Sector organisation in for a 6 month assignment (with a strong possibility of extension). The assignment can start immediately.
Role:
The role forms part of a busy Capital Team, who provide a Development and Delivery service to the organisation’s sites, duties will include;
· Delivering the agreed capital programme bringing expertise in commercial and contract management to successfully deliver projects
· Manage a small team of Project Managers
· Mentor and contribute to development of staff or cross-train team members with various backgrounds in construction,architecture, and engineering industry
· Responsible for efficiently resolving difficult design and/or construction issues with significant financial impact
