Castlefield Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with a Education organisation that requires a Marketing Manager on a Fixed Term Basis for 3 months.
Key responsibilities will include;
- Oversee and drive marketing strategy across multiple Blenheim Schools, creating tailored local plans that support each school’s individual objectives.
- Strengthen pupil recruitment efforts by boosting visibility, stimulating interest and increasing quality enquiries in line with capacity targets.
- Design and execute impactful campaigns, open events and engaging content that bring each school’s values, culture and successes to life.
- Safeguard brand integrity by ensuring all communications reflect Blenheim and OFG guidelines and present a cohesive, professional image.
- Act as a trusted marketing partner to school leaders and admissions teams, providing guidance, collaboration and day-to-day support.
- Analyse results, evaluate effectiveness and use data-driven insights to refine and enhance marketing activity on an ongoing basis.
Key experience and skills will include;
- Experienced in leading marking campaigns
- Led campaigns across multiple sites
- Education experience ideal but not essential
