Mechanical Estates Manager, £250 - £280pday (Monday –Friday)
Client:
Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting for atemporary Mechanical Estates Manager to join a large Public Sector organisationin Lancashire for a 3 month assignment(with a strong possibility of extension). The assignment can start immediately.
Role:
The role forms part of a busy Maintenance Team, who providea mechanical service to the organisation’s sites, duties will include;
· Managethe mechanical estates team
· Developing a complete compliance solutions formechanical estates maintenance
· Manage day to day operational maintenance
Person:
The successful candidate will have;
· Significantexposure and experience on Public Sector compliance
· Significant experience having led mechanicalestates teams
· Demonstratable focus on compliance
