Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting a Property Services Manager for a Property Management Company based in North London. The company partners closely with local authorities to manage portfolios of social housing properties.
This is a permanent position, paying £45,000-£55,000 perannum. This is an office-based position, and working hours are 9-5, Monday-Friday.
The role:
· Lead a team of Property Management professionals to deliver a high standard of service to landlords and tenants
· Act as the primary escalation point for tenant-landlord disputes, mediating fair and balanced resolutions
· Act as primary point of contact for local authorities when any tenant, property, or landlord issues need to be escalated
· Oversee all property maintenance operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective repairs
· Coordinate with contractors, tradespeople, and maintenance teams to resolve property issues
· Manage maintenance budgets and control costs while maintaining quality standards
· Review and approve repair quotes, ensuring value for money and quality standards
What you need:
· Experience of working in a Property Services Management capacity within a Property Management Company or similar environment
· Sound technical maintenance knowledge
· Demonstrated experience working with local authorities on property, tenant, and landlord matters
· Extensive hands-on experience with property maintenance, damages assessment, and repair coordination
