Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting an Investment Planning Analyst for a national housing association on a permanent basis. This is a remote, home-based position, paying £40,000 – £45,000 per annum, with office attendance only required for ad-hoc meetings.
The role:
· Lead on the development of the Repairs, Maintenance & Investment budgets and 30-year Assets business plan
· Act as the connection between Finance, Planning and Delivery teams, to set annual Repairs, Maintenance and Investment budgets and provide coordinated management of business plan lines
· Run scenario models to evaluate how proposed strategies and decisions affect business plans, and present models to senior stakeholders with clear insights and recommendations
· Review and update the 30-year business plan format, cost assumptions, categorisation and structure
· Maintain ownership of the 30 year RMI plan, ensuring it remains accurate, up to date,and reflective of organisational priorities.
What youneed:
· Expereince working with budget holders to produce and manage budgets and long-term financial plans
· Knowledge of repairs, maintenance and investment planning in social housing
· Strong financial and analytical skills, including modelling, forecasting and scenario analysis
· Ability to translate technical information into clear insights
· Experience of developing repairs, maintenance and investment plans in social housing
