Data Analyst – Permanent - £28,000 - £30,000
Castlefield Recruitment are working with an award winning organisation based in Harrogate who are seeking a Data Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis. Duties:
- Analyse and report on sustainability performance to meet customer and regulatory requirements
- Evaluate product profitability and cost-to-serve, supporting data-driven pricing and margin improvement
- Analyse product returns and warranty claims to highlight trends and cost impact
- Track campaign performance across channels (email, website, digital advertising)
- Build reports that provide actionable commercial insight
- Analyse customer data to understand buying patterns, account profitability, and retention
Candidate:
- A degree in Data Analytics, Statistics or similar
- Confident user of Power BI, Python and SQL
- Have strong communications skills with the ability to present key data to different stakeholders across the business
