Healthcare HR Consultant | Remote Working | £250 - £350pd | 3 months interim
Castlefield is delighted to be supporting a Healthcare organisation with the appointment of an interim Healthcare HR Consultant.
The successful candidate will provide expert guidance and support across various Human Resource functions., and will play a pivotal role in enhancing HR processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting organisational development. This role is ideal for a proactive professional eager to utilise their HR expertise in a dynamic environment while supporting organisational growth through effective human resources management.
Duties
- Provide specialised advice on Human Resources policies, procedures, and best practices to managers and staff
- Lead the administration of onboarding processes, employee records and benefits with meticulous attention to detail
- Support recruitment activities through applicant tracking systems and social media management to attract top talent
- Conduct data analysis related to HR metrics to inform strategic decision-making
- Support organisational projects related to system implementations, as part of growth plans
Requirements
- Working within a HR and recruitment background in Healthcare
- Strong understanding of human resources principles, employment law, and organisational policies
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively across all levels of the organisation
- Proficiency in data entry, report generation, and analysing HR data for insights.
- Prior administrative experience within a human resources environment is essential
