Castlefield Recruitment are currentlyrecruiting an Asset Delivery Manager for a Housing Association based in Manchesteron a permanent basis. The salary is £46,000 - £52,000 subject to experience andoffice attendance is required 2-3 days per week.
The role:
· Lead the development and delivery of annual andplanned maintenance programmes, soft facilities management, and energyefficiency projects
· Manage a team of in-house Surveyors and externalcontractors
· Oversee the development of specifications ofworks, project planning, and performance management to ensure projects aredelivered to standard
· Oversee soft facilities management contractsincluding cleaning, grounds maintenance and windows
· Maximise funding opportunities to aid projects,such as the Warm Homes Fund
· Manage programme budgets, providing regularforecasts and managing variations
What you need:
· Client-side experience of managing planned maintenanceprojects in a residential environment, ideally social housing
· Minimum HNC in Building or equivalent
