Castlefield Recruitment are currently partnering with a Public Sector organisation going through a period of growth to recruit for a newly created role of Benefits Realisation Director.
Hybrid working: 2 days per week in the city centre Sheffield office
Salary: £75,000 + bonus + excellent further benefits package
This newly created role requires a strong leader, who can manage challenging and senior stakeholders both within the business and with external organisations.
With this being a ‘greenfield’ role, you will be able to create something unique, revisiting current programmes and projects across the organisation to hold senior executives accountable over targets they have set.
You will lead on the end to end and sustainable realization of benefits from commercial activity, including financial savings, social value and improved service outcome.
Key skills required;
- Gravitas, and someone who can hold their own with senior staff
- Expertise within change management, benefits realization and designing business cases
- Commercial acumen and knowledge of project methodologies
- An understanding of procurement would be advantageous but not essential
