Castlefield Recruitment are working with a reputable Housing Association in Greater Manchester who are looking to recruit a Management Accounting Business Partner to their team on a permanent basis. This role offers hybrid and flexible working and the opportunity to learn from other reputable sector professionals.
Duties:
- Analysing past and current financial data to assess trends and ensure value for money
- Producing complex reconciliations (balance sheet)
- Producing monthly management accounts and budgets
- Assisting with financial plans and models
- Carrying out variance analysis and providing commentary
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a similar position – Management Accountant, Finance Business Partner, Accountant
- Advanced excel skills and strong financial system knowledge
- Experience of working within social housing
- Excellent experience and understanding of end-to-end financial processes
