Multi Skilled Engineer, £40,000 PA + attractive benefits package (permanent)
Client:
We are seeking a Multi Skilled Engineer for one of England’s largest healthcare services. Employees have access to an attractive benefits package and training.
Role:
Multi-skilled approach to engineering with each hospital site having 1-2 Static Building Engineers – supported by small teams of Mobile Building Engineers (East and West areas)
· Engineering Team are supported by a FM contract which provides a Helpdesk service. Reactive jobs are processed via a PDA to Building Engineers
· Building Engineers are required to provide support across reactive and PPM; electrical, mechanical, plumbing, heating/air ventilation and building tasks
Duties include;
· To ensure all teams PPM and repairs are carried out as necessary in line with Contract SLA
· Required to safely operate and maintain the HVAC, HV, L8, Mechanical and Electrical systems and associated equipment onsite
· Maintain a good working relationship with siterepresentatives
· Responsible for reviewing Risk Assessments andMethod Statements
· Responsible for viewing and issuing Permits to Work
· Adhere to Safe systems of work, this includes harness, lanyards, steps and tool checks
· Ensuring all E-logbooks are being kept up to date
· Ordering of parts for any reactive or planned works
