Finance Director | 3 – 6 months + | Public Sector | North West | Hybrid working
Castlefield Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a reputable North West-based Public Sector organisation, who are looking to identify an Interim Finance Director to join their team on a an initial 3 - 6 month basis.
Duties;
• Work in as part of the SLT to provide leadership, strategic direction, and effective financial management for the organisation
• Leadership and development of Finance team, driving a culture of continuous improvement
• Build influential relationships with Executive teams to ensure organisational strategic objectives are achieved
• Lead on organisation’s financial efficiencies, highlighting and driving financial improvements
• Evaluate financial quality and risk of key service areas, to inform strategic management and effective business planning
The person;
• Fully Qualified with strong leadership experience developed within the Public Sector
• Strategic mindset with the ability to build key relationships at senior level
