Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a Public Sector organisation to recruit for a Procurement Manager on a 6-month fixed-term basis. This role would suit someone with a background in tendering and contract management within a Healthcare setting.
Key skills required:
- Oversee end-to-end contract management, ensuring performance, compliance, and value for money
- Lead and coordinate tendering and procurement processes, from specification to award
- Identify and implement opportunities to deliver cost savings and efficiency improvements
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across all levels
- Support continuous improvement, providing expert guidance on best-practice procurement and contract governance
The person:
- Strong knowledge of Public Sector procurement processes and regulations
- End to end tendering experience, commercial acumen, and a track record of delivering savings within a Public Sector organisation
- Stakeholder management skills
Hybrid working - 2 days onsite
