Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting a Damp and Mould Suveyor for a housing association in Greater Manchester. This is temporary role, on an initial 3-month contract, paying approximately £30-£33 per hour.
The role:
- Conduct damp & mould, and HHSRS Surveys
- Prepare specifications of works, and manage contractors to ensure works are completed effectively
- Ensure the service complies with all relevant Health & Safety at Work legislation, gas and electrical safety regulations, HCA’s Regulatory Framework, and CDM regulation
What you need:
- Surveying experience in a residential environment, ideally social housing
- In-depth knowledge of damp and mould related matters and legislation
- Relevant professional qualification e.g HNC Building Surveying
