Castlefield Recruitment are proud to be supporting an NHS Trust in the South West of England to recruit an Associate Director of Business Operations on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities;
· Supporting the Managing Director in ensuring delivery of strategic, contractual and operational ambitions as outlined in the business plan and leads in driving the Boards work programme to drive continuous improvement and transformation within the organisation
· Supporting the organisation to ensure robust Governance frameworks and operations are in place and operating smoothly including all relative legislative, H&S and Capital, Estates and Facilities governance
Personal Specification
· Educated to degree in Business administration, Management or a related field or equivalent level of experience (8 years) – In complex estate management at a senior level
· Membership of professional body/bodies e.g CIOB, RICS, RIBA, CIBSE, IWFM(BIFM), IHEEM
· Demonstrated experience in successfully leading estates and facilities services in the healthcare and/or commercial sector
