Castlefield Recruitment are proud to be supporting an NHS Trust in the South West of England to recruit for an Associate Director of EBME on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities;
· Responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery, governance, and development ofSterile Services (SSD), Medical Engineering (EBME), and associated clinical support services
· Lead multi-disciplinary teams, drive high performance cultures, and act as the senior point of contact for clinical divisions, regulators, commissioners,external partners, and commercial clients
· Ensurethat all services are safe, fully compliant, operationally resilient,financially sustainable, and customer focused, supporting high quality patient care and clinical outcomes
· Provide strategic direction across technical, regulatory, digital, and commercial domains, ensuring alignment with Trust objectives
PersonalSpecification
· Degree in engineering, decontamination sciences, healthcare management, or related discipline
· In depth knowledge of HTMs, MHRA requirements, and decontamination and engineering standards
· Significant senior leadership experience within Sterile Services, Medical Engineering, or related technical healthcare services
