Castlefield is seeking a hands‑on, highly organised programme leader to drive forward the due‑diligence and implementation work required to assist with the creation of the Place Based Partnership (PPB).
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate a comprehensive due‑diligence exercise across quality, safety, workforce, governance, data, operations and reputational domains
- Support the development and implementation of governance, reporting, communications and performance frameworks
- Work closely with partner organisations to map services, resources, risks and interdependencies
- Ensure programme milestones are delivered at pace, with clear documentation and assurance
- Provide high‑quality programme leadership within a complex multi‑provider environment
Experience
- Proven experience in Programme Management and associated methodologies
- Background in nursing or healthcare professions is highly desirable
- Familiarity with data management systems
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
