Interim Category Manager | £450 - £500 | Interim 3 month contract | Birmingham
Client:
Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a Public sector organisation in the West Midlands, to recruit a Category Manager.
This position would suit an individual with a track record in the public sector, an understanding of PCR2015 and PA2023 and strong stakeholder management skills.
Role:
- Running above and below threshold tenders from end-to-end ensuring full compliance
- Experience of working across categories such as Estates, Capital and FM
- Leading on procurement projects and providing sound procurement advice to stakeholders
- Strong knowledge and experience of using PCR2015 and PA2023
- Knowledge on all procurement and commercial aspects of specific categories
- Engaging with stakeholders on a regularly
Individual:
- Public Sector background
- Experience within Place Category areas
- Great understanding of public contract regulations
- End to End Tendering experience
- CIPS desirable
- Manging multiple projects at once
