Castlefield Recruitment are proud to be supporting an NHS Trust in the South West of England to recruit 2 Senior Estates Managers on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities;
· Lead the operational delivery of Estates services across the organisation, ensuring compliance, performance, workforce excellence, and financial efficiency
· Oversee all people and performance management within the Estates team, ensuring statutory and regulatory obligations are met, KPIs achieved, budgets controlled, and customer satisfaction maintained
· Act as deputy to the Head of Estates, this role provides leadership continuity and operational assurance across all estate’s functions.
Personal Specification
· Degree or equivalent qualification in Estates, Building Services, or Engineering
· Proven leadership experience within NHS or public sector estates management
· Strong understanding of statutory compliance, HTM/HBN standards, and safe systems of work
